Custom Orders, Returns & Cancellations

This policy describes CJS Marketing LLC’s approach to IonForge custom products and service work. Project-specific terms must be provided in your written quote, order or agreement before approval. This website does not change previously accepted agreements or limit rights provided by law.

Custom-made and approved special-order products

Products fabricated to approved customer specifications and products specially ordered for an approved project are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once approved fabrication or ordering has begun, except where applicable law provides otherwise. The written quote/order will identify custom or special-order items and applicable terms before approval.

We require approval of the applicable scope, dimensions, drawings, materials, finish, price and terms before starting custom production or placing an approved special order. For covered residential work, the required signed contract and statutory cancellation requirements also apply.

Incorrect, defective or nonconforming work

This policy does not remove rights relating to defective goods, incorrect orders, work not performed as agreed, applicable warranties or other legal rights. Please contact info@ionforgecnc.com or (215) 767-3715 promptly with the invoice number and details so we can review your concern. Contact us before arranging a return so the appropriate remedy and handling can be confirmed.

Standard products and completed service work

Any return terms for standard, non-custom products will be stated on the written quote/order before purchase. Completed service work is not a product return; concerns are reviewed against the agreed scope, applicable written warranty and law. This is not a blanket declaration that all services or payments are non-refundable.

Cancellations, deposits and refunds

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or change a project. Applicable charges and any refund will be determined by the signed agreement, authorized work and lawfully recoverable costs, subject to your legal rights. Any refundable balance will be handled as required by the agreement and applicable law. We do not impose a blanket “all deposits are non-refundable” rule through this page.

Pennsylvania residential home improvements

Covered residential home-improvement contracts carry specific written-contract, deposit and cancellation requirements, including a three-business-day cancellation right where applicable. Required notices will be supplied with the applicable contract. This website page does not replace those notices or waive statutory cancellation rights.

Emergency exceptions require the proper statutory process. A part being ordered from a supplier does not, by itself, prove that it meets HICPA’s definition of special-order material. Custom-order language does not override statutory cancellation or refund rights.
