Who we are and how to contact us
This website is operated by CJS Marketing LLC. In this notice, “we” and “IonForge” refer to CJS Marketing LLC and its IonForge website and services. For privacy questions, contact info@ionforgecnc.com, (215) 767-3715, or 2497 Quakertown Road, Pennsburg, PA 18073.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, service address, project details, drawings, photographs and correspondence. We maintain estimates, agreements, invoices, payment status and service/warranty records needed to manage our work. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs, when you use their services.
Contact and service-request forms
The homepage contact button opens your own email application. Your message is sent only when you send that email. Our separate online service-request form saves the information you submit for business review and sends an owner notification. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an appointment or authorize unrelated marketing.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, confirm eligibility and scheduling, perform work, communicate about projects, process invoices and payments, support warranties, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Authorized business operators and hosting, email and payment providers process information as needed for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud or security incidents.
Online payment information entered on Square’s hosted payment pages is processed by Square under its own privacy practices. Do not send card numbers, passwords, bank login details or other sensitive payment credentials through our inquiry forms or ordinary email.
External content and cookies
Some pages use Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map. Loading that content can send Google technical information, such as your IP address and browser/request information. Links to Instagram, manufacturers and other external sites are governed by those sites’ practices. Our service-request and administrative tools use necessary session/security cookies; third-party services may use their own cookies.
The website uses session storage to remember when you dismiss the mobile call/quote bar in the current browser tab. This stores only that display preference, not your contact information.
Project photos and marketing permission
Project photos and documents may be used for estimating, service records, warranty support and approved customer communications. We request separate permission before publishing identifiable customer/project images for website or social-media advertising. Submitting a drawing or photograph for an estimate is not blanket permission to publish it.
Retention, safeguards and requests
We retain information for the time reasonably needed for the purposes above, including applicable tax, legal, warranty and dispute-record obligations. Contact us to request correction, access or deletion; some records may need to be retained. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Copyright and supplied materials
Original website text, photographs, artwork and other materials owned by CJS Marketing LLC are protected by copyright. Third-party trademarks and customer-supplied designs remain the property of their respective owners. Contact info@ionforgecnc.com for permission requests. This notice does not restrict uses permitted by law.
Changes to this notice
This page displays its effective date and version. Material changes will be identified on this page and communicated where required.
Version 1.1 adds the tab-only contact-bar dismissal preference described above.
